Upload a context archive as multipart field context. The JSON alternative records metadata only for bytes already in the artifact store.

Handler-checked behavior

To upload bytes, send multipart form data with file field context. The JSON form only records metadata for bytes already in the artifact store; it requires digest, storageUri, and positive sizeBytes. A browser-local path is not a server build context.
