Handler-checked behavior

Replace the example path with an existing directory in a writable storage. id is optional. AkôFlow writes a .tar.gz beside that directory and returns a queued record. Inspect GET /storage-downloads/{downloadId}/ until its status is ready or failed; only a ready archive can be streamed through the download content route.
