Handler-checked behavior

Send an id and your own non-empty token as JSON strings. The ID must be 1–63 lowercase letters, digits, or hyphens, starting with a letter or digit. The response returns a credentialRef; it does not echo the token. Supply the token from your cluster's credential process.
