Handler-checked behavior

Send a unique id and your own privateKey as a JSON string. The ID follows the same SSH key ID rule; the key must be a non-empty OpenSSH private key that ssh-keygen -y can read. The response returns public metadata, not the private key. No example key is supplied because its bytes must come from your credential store.
