Handler-checked behavior

The response has server, docker, and buildkit objects, each with available and message. server.available is true when this route responds, but the Docker and BuildKit checks can be false while HTTP still returns 200 OK. Inspect their individual values before running a local workflow. The checks run in the daemon process, not in your browser or shell.
