Handler-checked behavior

Supply downloadId, instanceId and the actual sha256 of a ready archive for runs/{runId}.tar.gz in cloud-workspace:{instanceId}. The run must be cancelled and every handle terminal. The server requires matching run/generation identity, an unpinned retained workspace set, and both source and relay checksum validation before releasing preserved workspace leases. It copies the verified archive to daemon-local storage; it does not remove source files or VMs. No standalone request is supplied because these values must come from your verified recovery evidence.

Response shape

This is an illustrative response shape, not evidence of a preserved archive. The real archive filename is its verified SHA-256, and workspace IDs identify only the matching retained generation. Source files and VMs are not deleted by this route.
