Handler-checked behavior

The run must be failed or cancelled and its original queued execution request must still be available. Send mode as continue or retry_failures; omission defaults to continue. AkôFlow reuses completed activities whose workspaces remain available, queues the remaining activities, and returns the recovery job plus preview with 202 Accepted. Inspect the run until it reaches a terminal status.
